UL1007 is a single-conductor PVC-insulated hook-up wire designed for the internal wiring of electrical appliances and electronic equipment. It is available with a solid copper conductor, an overall-tinned stranded conductor, or a stranded conductor made from individually tinned copper wires.
The wire features smooth PVC insulation, a compact overall diameter and good processing performance. It is suitable for LED lighting, household appliances, power supplies, control panels, electronic devices and customized wiring harnesses.

Conductor Options
UL1007 wire is available with three conductor constructions:
- Solid Copper Conductor
One solid copper wire, available with a tinned surface according to the application requirements. - Overall-Tinned Stranded Copper Conductor
Multiple copper wires are first stranded together, and the completed conductor is then tin-coated. - Stranded Conductor Made from Individually Tinned Copper Wires
Each individual copper wire is tin-coated first, and the tinned wires are then stranded together.
Different conductor constructions can be selected according to the required flexibility, soldering process, oxidation resistance and processing method.
